The founding of ADARSHA as a development and social service organization is mainly through the pioneering initiative of Mr. Jacob Varghese, a development professional with many years of experience in the implementation of social service and community development programs. He is the the present President and Chief Functionary of ADARSHA. 5 member Executive Board consisting of well experienced and qualified professionals in the fields of social work and community service is responsible for the management of ADARSHA.
